Family beach planner: Turkey + Egypt
Pick the month, your children's ages, the budget and how long you are willing to fly. The planner turns those four answers into an editable day-by-day plan for Antalya or Hurghada, with kids club hours, transfer times and quiet afternoons left in.

Prompt builder
Write the trip in your own words. We match it to our notes on family resorts and flight times for Turkey and Egypt, then drop a sample day stack you can edit.
Or start from an example
Built from our resort and flight notes. Take the days you keep to the itinerary stack, then check the visa and health notes.
Step 2 · Day stack
Each row is one day of the trip. Drag a row by its handle to move it, or use the arrow buttons. Add your own days and tag them Turkey or Egypt so the plan stays honest about both countries.

Logistics and packing
Entry rules, insurance, water safety and packing, written for parents travelling from Kyiv with children. Open only the row you need.
Keep every passport valid at least 6 months past your return date. Turkey accepts an e-visa or a visa on arrival for tourism, Egypt issues a visa on arrival or an e-visa. Apply for the whole family in one session so reference numbers stay together, and print one paper copy per adult.
Buy a policy with medical cover of at least EUR 30,000 per person and a clause for swimming accidents. Check that each child is named on the policy, not listed as a generic family member, and that the insurer runs a 24-hour English or Ukrainian line.
Plan beach hours before 11:00 or after 16:00 in July and August. Pack oral rehydration sachets, a digital thermometer and children's paracetamol. Swim only inside flagged zones with a lifeguard on duty, and keep younger children within arm's reach when the red flag is up.
Two swimsuits per child, UV shirts, a wide-brim hat, reef-safe sunscreen SPF 50 and after-sun gel. Add one light long-sleeve layer for air-conditioned restaurants and a small backpack each so nobody carries a heavy bag to the pool.
Book a private transfer for families with children under six, since shared shuttles can add an hour of waiting. Keep the first evening free: a late arrival plus a hot afternoon is where most meltdowns start. On the way home, leave three hours before departure and pack snacks in the hand luggage.
